Digital Community Associate (Independent Contractor)

The role of the Digital Community Associate handles the digital engagement and social customer care online. He/she will build relationships with followers, customers, potential customers and industry professionals. Their priority is to continuously engage and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently; reliable and motivated

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic

  • Great communication skills & social media savy

Social Media Intern

The Social Media Intern supports the social media manager to create posts, videos, and engagement activities to drive growth for mediaLay’s clients. He/she will create monthly editorial calendars to promote client’s social presence on Instagram and Facebook. Brainstorming new content ideas, strategies, and campaign ideas. Organize and schedule the publishing of social content across Instagram and Facebook.  Monitor and analyze performance of social content and user engagement. Engage with social customers to facilitate sales and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Preferably currently enrolled in a media, communications, marketing or business degree program.

  • Go getter with a positive attitude.

  • Time management and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work independently; reliable and motivated.
